Bryan L. Welton, Jr. grew up in Lake Almanor, CA with his parents and three siblings. He had diverse interests such as music and football, but his favorite memories were the times he spent backpacking with his family. Bryan was an extremely gifted student; he graduated from high school at the age of 16 and enrolled at Brigham Young University on a full academic scholarship. He deferred his education in 1996 in order to serve an LDS mission in Peru. Upon returning, Bryan completed his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Law, with a minor in Spanish. He went on to earn his MBA in eBusiness and Internet Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2004.
Bryan and his wife, Jenny, have five beautiful children ages 6 and under. They love engaging their kids in learning activities, family projects, and service opportunities. They flourish their forever courtship with weekly date nights, which they haven’t missed in years. A significant portion of Bryan’s time is devoted to church and community service as a bishop in the LDS church. When he is not tending to family or church duties, he enjoys studying up on current affairs, political theory, new medical developments, and tax law.
Bryan exemplifies every quality of a true entrepreneur. He is currently serving on the Boards of four different companies that he founded personally. His model for Namifiers revolutionized the ID product industry by simply building a fully functional web store that could serve customers worldwide. He then pushed the standard out of reach by changing the manufacturing mentality to a “Same-Day” model and getting the finished product into the customer’s hands 5x faster than ever before. In six short years that Namifiers has been in business, Bryan has grown company revenues by over 1500%. He was honored as the 2007 Reed Smoot Businessman of the Year, a finalist for the 2007 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and he is responsible for Namifiers being selected as the 15th fastest growing company in Utah, as well as the 39th fastest growing private company for Business Services in America.

Chris has been with Namifiers since its founding in 2001 as The Nametag Source. His expansive involvement in the company’s growth has led his current responsibilities as Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice Chair of the Namifiers Board of Directors. Sean M. Fitzgerald was raised in Modesto, California. After serving an LDS mission in Belo Horizonte, Brazil he moved to Provo, UT in 2001 to study at Brigham Young University. In 2005, Sean came on board with Namifiers amid a wonderfully stressful growth period. His tenacity for completing projects won him the respect of colleagues and CEO, Bryan Welton Jr., who appointed him to be the Vice President of Operations. At the time, the business needed fresh eyes and talent to manage the production of an unprecedented influx of orders, and Sean proved to be exactly the right man for the job. He developed an outstanding curiosity and grasp of his area by exploring every software program, piece of machinery, and bit of inventory that the company owned. As his production team grew, Sean entrenched himself in progressing the company’s manufacturing systems and techniques.
