Social Media Drives New Lanyard Site
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (February 23, 2011) – Namifiers is proud to announce the launch of its newly updated iLanyards.com website, created specifically to engage visitors to submit self-designed lanyard concepts and share the designs with their friends through social media. If a design generates enough demand and pre-sells 100 lanyards, Namifiers will cut the designer a check for $100.
"Today’s culture is shaping the custom printing industry," said Brad Gasaway, Vice President of Marketing at Namifiers. "We are seeing more and more people customizing street shoes, printed screen tees, and even headphones. Lanyards fit right into this category as an inexpensive means of self-expression."
Featuring categories such as Pop Culture, TV, Music, Sports, Computers, and Politics, iLanyards.com has an incredibly diverse appeal. "The possibilities are endless for lanyard designs," Gasaway commented. "Participants can design as many lanyards as they want, and the site allows them to use social media like email and Facebook to share their designs."
Because lanyards are one of the most versatile customizable products, being used to hold keys, ID cards, and USB drives, among other items, iLanyards.com is particularly useful for friends, clubs, and small groups who are looking for an inexpensive way to create unity or give a personalized gift. The site also features in-stock lanyards that have already been printed and can be ordered immediately.
"We are excited to be able to provide this unique web concept," said Gasaway. "Social media has really inspired this project. We know that many people see the value in being able to share ideas with friends and family, and we hope that they will be able to take advantage of this resource."

Namifiers, LLC Namifiers Passes 100,000 Customers
Springville, Utah (5 August 2009) – Last week, U.S. based Namifiers LLC reached an impressive small-business milestone of 100,000 clients served since its founding in 2001. Led by acclaimed entrepreneur Bryan Welton, Jr., Namifiers offers direct services in digital printing, screen printing, engraving, embroidery, and custom assembly. Annually, the company produces and ships nearly 18 million pieces to a customer base that spans 12 countries. Their flagship products include name tags, ID systems, lanyards, vinyl signs, corporate apparel, and promotional giveaways.
Welton, only 32 years of age, is credited with several pioneering efforts in the identification industry, particularly in the areas of e-commerce and search engine optimization. "We began this company in 2001," said Welton, "but I came into the industry after working in the search engine optimization (SEO) field. Through a few family members and friends, I learned of a small engraving shop with good equipment doing mostly local business. I approached them and offered my SEO services to take their business to the next level online," he continued. "At that time, people were still scared about doing business online in this industry. The sense was that the customer wanted to touch and feel {the product}. But we launched an agreement with them in 2001, and a few years later we ended up buying the company and acquired a few companies along the way. In 2004 we came to what is now our current force."
In addition to their online presence, word-of-mouth business has been a major contributing factor to their growing clientele. "Our objective with every account is to make the customer feel that they have an inside, go-to team when it comes to personalizing their stuff," says Nick Vance, Vice President of Sales. "Buyers have enough stress as it is, so we consolidate their experience and save them up to 30% by doing it all right here in-house. Those lifelong customers are our best sales people."
North Babylon Union Free School District, out of New York State, was officially tallied as the 100,000th customer account. In celebration, Namifiers presented them with a $500.00 in-store gift card.

Namifiers, LLC to Change The Face of Brand Fulfillment In 2009: Integrating production, campaigning and optimization
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (19 December 2008) – Namifiers, LLC, a U.S. manufacturer of identification and promotional products, announced the addition of three brand-based services to entreat new and existing clients in 2009: Graphic Design, Creative Planning, and Search Engine Optimization.
Over the last 8 years, Namifiers has earned its stripes on the production side of branding products, snatching the #12 ranking for manufacturers on the 2008 Inc 5000 list. Much of their success lends from consistent performance and a well structured e-commerce model that obtains up to 19% market share for core products.
Their new services will add to an already established repertoire of in-house digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, engraving, embroidery, and sign making. "Each new product we launch is exacted of us by a promotional need," says Brad Gasaway, VP of Marketing. "These new services for 2009 are no different. Businesses, small or large, are scrimping and hunting for an edge in today’s market, and we will be able to effectively ignite their branding experience with merely a wholesale price tag."
Each of the new services will share a similar two-tiered objective, which is to consolidate spending and maximize visibility. Under the forecasted strains of the U.S. economy, most businesses are continually looking for ways to carefully trim spending while maintaining effective promotional efforts. Namifiers intends to bring start-to-finish solutions that qualify customers for package discounts and cut the time and hassle of working with multiple contractors and subcontractors. Increased visibility will result from direct consultation with our Creative and Search Engine Optimization teams.
Namifiers is privately owned by Utah entrepreneur Bryan L. Welton Jr. of Provo, UT.

Namifiers, LLC Announces New VP of Operations
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (22 September 2008) – Namifiers, LLC, a leading manufacturer of identification and promotional items, recently announced the hire of Tyler Stanley Kimball as its new Vice President of Operations. Kimball, 31, was selected from within the Namifiers organization, having previously managed over $2 million in revenue as a Sales Manager from October 2007 to the present.
Tyler’s new responsibilities will entail systemic flow, inventory management, and overseeing the production of the 40,000 orders per month that ship from Namifiers’ headquarters in Springville, UT. His prior experience in the retail sector has given him a sound understanding of supply-chain models and the needed managerial skills to perform in his new capacity. Tyler graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. By that time, he had worked his way up into a regional sales position for the near billion-dollar furniture retailer, RC Willey, which is currently owned under Warren Buffet’s holding company Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. Namifiers spotted his talent in 2007 and quickly offered him a management position with their growing sales force.
The Board of Directors for Namifiers acknowledged that the transition will require some adjustment on Kimball’s part, but they expressed full confidence that he is the capable leader to further their growth in that area. "Over the last year, we have observed Tyler contribute at nearly every level of company," reported Bryan Welton, CEO of Namifiers. "His integrity as a leader is unquestionable, of course, but beyond that, we needed to see how he responds to adversity, deadlines, and the general challenge of managing systems. His talent in these areas is evident and we very much anticipate his role in furthering the growth of Namifiers."
Tyler and his wife, Heather, currently reside in South Provo. They have three children and are expecting their fourth in March of 2009.

Namifiers, LLC Honored As 13th Fastest Growing Company in Utah
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (27 August 2008) – Local promotional manufacturer, Namifiers LLC, landed a Top 15 ranking in Utah Business Magazine’s inaugural Fast 50 commemoration. The event, hosted by KSL news anchor Keith McCord, ranked and recognized the 50 fastest growing companies throughout Utah, based on compacted revenue growth from 2004 through 2007. Also recognized for outstanding growth were the "Emerging Eight" companies, which opened for business within the last five years. Namifiers posted an astonishing 551% growth curve during the eligible period, standing well beyond the collective 91% average for all companies represented at the ceremony. They are the foremost producer of identification and branding products to businesses and consumers throughout North America. With over 70,000 customers, they have established themselves as a one-stop super shop where purchasers can custom order items like name tags, signs, company apparel, awards and giveaways while receiving the most direct service and pricing available.
There to accept the award in behalf of Namifiers was CEO/Founder Bryan L. Welton Jr. "Events like the Utah Fast 50 are refreshing for us; we know our story and we know where we are going, but it’s always a compliment to have outside organizations share part of that story as well," says Welton. "The accolades simply accent our appreciation for every member of the Namifiers team and adorn our journey to greater things."
Welton built the business from a cramped home office with minimal equipment to its current 80,000 square foot facility in Springville, UT. There, the company rallies around the goal to not only put a name or logo on anything (aka namify), but to do it faster and better than anyone else in world. Their clients range from small shops and soccer moms to some of the largest corporations in the world.
The Fast 50 selection adds to the growing number watch-lists with Namifiers on their radar. Other recent honors include the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, the UV50 Fastest in Utah Valley, the Mountain West Capital Network Utah 100 List.

Promotional Lanyard Manufacturer Leaps Up The Inc 5000
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (26 August 2008) – New York’s Inc Magazine shelled out fresh honors to Namifiers, a U.S.-based manufacturer of identification and promotional items, in the newly released Inc 5000 rankings. Namifiers pulled top honors in Manufacturing for the state of Utah, while placing 12th nationally and 588th overall in revenue growth.
The 2008 rankings take into consideration the percentage of revenue-growth for private companies in America during the years of 2004 through 2007. In its second year being named to the list, Namifiers bettered their overall position by 129 spots over last year’s rankings, posting an impressive 551% growth curve in the eligible four fiscal years."
The Inc. 5,000 provides the most comprehensive look ever at the most important part of the economy – the entrepreneurial part," said Inc. 5,000 Project Manager Jim Melloan. "The expansion of the list has allowed us to tell the stories of larger companies, older companies, and a wealth of companies in industries like Manufacturing and Construction that are underreported in the business media.
Namifiers is the foremost producer of identification and branding products to businesses and consumers throughout North America. With over 70,000 customers, they have established themselves as a one-stop super shop where purchasers can custom order items like name tags, signs, company apparel, awards and giveaways while receiving the most direct service and pricing available.
At the helm for Namifiers is CEO / Founder Bryan Welton Jr. Welton, age 31, started the business out of his home in 2001, providing custom engraved plaques, tags, and gifts to clients in and around the Utah region. Bryan was passionate about the potential of e-commerce, and this spurred on his pioneering efforts to take personalized products to the Internet. The resulting interest was astounding, so Bryan took the entrepreneurial plunge and invested everything he had (on multiple occasions) to expand their operations and optimize their efficiency. Today, Namifiers completely overshadows its microscopic beginnings, working with thousands of tons of plastic, metal, vinyl and textiles each year.
One signature element to the Namifiers model is their tenacious "same-day production" mentality for in-house services of digital printing, screen printing, engraving, embroidery and other forms of custom fabrication.
"When we started Namifiers seven years, competitors held no value for same-day service, considering it a moot point to bust your tail in behalf of the customer, especially since status quo said that speed wasn’t the customers #1 priority," says Welton. "To us, speed isn’t just about putting in extra hours at work; it’s an attitude of over-performing for your clients."
Headquarters for Namifiers is an 80,000 square foot facility located in Springville, UT. Their clientele ranges from small groups to some of the largest corporations in the world. They are joined on this year’s Inc 5000 list by 82 other companies from Utah. Other similar honors for Namifiers include its selection to the Utah Business Fast 50, the UV50 Fastest Growing Companies in Utah Valley, the 2007 Inc 5000 List and the Mountain West Capital Network Utah 100 List.

Namifiers Honored as the 15th Fastest Growing Business in Utah
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (23 October 2007) – Namifiers LLC surprised Utah business leaders by grabbing the number 15 spot at yesterday’s 13th annual Utah 100 Awards Program. Each year, the MountainWest Capital Network recognizes Utah’s 100 Fastest Growing companies, 15 Top Revenue companies, and 12 "Emerging Elite" companies to watch for.
The awards gala was held at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City, at which Governor Jon Huntsman Jr. was the guest of honor and keynote speaker. The selected winners for the 100 Fastest Growing category were ranked according to total percentage revenue increases from 2002 through 2006, during which Namifiers recorded a daunting growth curve of 1400%. Their seemingly sudden success turned quite a few heads, as this was the first year they were considered for the honor. There to accept the award for Namifiers were executives Christopher Jensen, Chief Operations Officer and Brad Gasaway, Vice President of Marketing.
"The Utah 100 program is an important contribution to the Utah business community. It provides a forum for highlighting the achievements of both emerging and mature business, and keeps the public informed about positive developments," said Todd Leishman, Chairman of this year’s Utah 100 Program.
Namifiers blossomed under the direction of CEO Bryan Welton Jr., who founded the business in 2001. Their beginnings comprised of simple equipment and a 10′x10′ basement office, where Bryan and his wife produced customized name tags and ID accessories for other businesses. Welton quickly revolutionized the industry by combining his "Same-Day Service" mentality with a fully-operative web store where customers anywhere could order blank and personalized ID products.
As Namifiers incorporated new processes and product lines to meet the needs of its growing customer base, the company opted to move from South Provo to its current 80,000 square foot facility in Springville where they offer all types of name tags, lanyards, ad specialties, office signage, custom engraved gifts, vinyl banners and decals, screen printing and embroidery services. They now have over 60,000 clients including prominent universities, government organizations, and the majority of the Fortune 500 companies.
The Utah 100 award added to the ongoing stream of recognition for the Namifiers team. Most recently they were selected to the Inc 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America, ranking 39th overall in the Business Services category. CEO Bryan Welton Jr. was also recognized this year as the Reed Smoot Businessman of the Year in Utah County, as well as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for all of Utah and New Mexico.

ARA Company Selected To Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Businesses in America
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (06 September 2007) – Namifiers LLC, a manufacturer of recognition products, earned national limelight with its selection to the 2007 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States. Inc.com ranked Namifiers 39th in the country for Business Services and 717th overall, highlighting their 468% growth curve over the last three years.
The 2007 Inc. 5000 list measures revenue growth from 2003 through 2006. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based and privately held, independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2006, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2003, and $2 million in 2006."The Inc.
Namifiers operates under the direction of CEO and business phenom Bryan Welton Jr. Welton is also among the youngest CEO’s to enjoy the Inc 5000 honor, having founded the company at the age of 23 and built the growth by the age of 29. The business currently resides in an 80,000 square foot facility in Springville, UT where they produce all types of ad specialties, signs, custom gifts, banners, and imprinted apparel.
"When I set out to do this business back in 2001, I readily accepted that I would never have a glory position," says Welton. "If you walk up to somebody and say, ‘Hi. My name is Bryan, I’m a doctor (or a dentist, or a CPA),’ there’s an instant respect. When you go up to somebody and say, ‘Hi. My name is Bryan, I make nametags,’ people look at you and smile, and they don’t really understand what you do. So, for me, it is really humbling to know that there are organizations out there such as the Inc. 5,000 program that will actually take the time to say, ‘Even though this guy just makes widgets, or just makes little parts and pieces, he’s done an amazing amount of things within his industry or organization that most people wouldn’t realize.’"
Namifiers was founded in 2001 (then known as The Nametag Source) out of a quaint basement office, where Bryan and his wife produced customized name tags and ID accessories for businesses. Since then, Bryan has immersed himself in the task of perfecting new manufacturing techniques and processes. In a few short years, his team added numerous product lines and blew past well established competitors with services in digital printing, screen printing, pad printing, laser engraving, hot stamping, sand blasting, and embroidery."One day we’d like to be able to put a name on anything in the world, except we probably won’t do permanent tattoos," said Welton lightheartedly.
Namifiers is rapidly reaching that objective, and has gained the reputation of being able to "name"-ify (personalize an object with a logo or text) anything, as well as offer production times that were 3x faster than any other supplier.
The Inc. 5000 selection adds to the growing string of awards that Namifiers has received in 2007. CEO Bryan Welton Jr. was also selected as the 2007 Reed Smoot Businessman of the Year and as a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.

"Namifiers" Soars High Under Young Leadership
SPRINGVILLE, Utah (23 February 2007) – In its sixth year of business, Namifiers LLC has established a national presence in the printing and engraving industries under the direction of five executive officers, each of which is under the age of 30, with an average age of 26.This young manufacturing team has either doubled or tripled company revenues every year since its founding in 2001, establishing a rare 200% growth curve and launching itself into the coveted category of multi-million dollar companies.
Namifiers LLC, formerly the The Nametag Source LLC, was founded by CEO and President Bryan L. Welton at the age of 23. At the time, he sold custom engraved name tags, lanyards, name plates, plaques, and personalized gifts out of a 10′x10′ basement office.
Welton’s aggressive business model was hinged upon building positive customer relationships, where needs were recognized and satisfied in a timely manner. General customer feedback in the industry called for high standards of production, accessible customer service, and competitive pricing. While meeting every one of these standards, Welton took production to next level with the elements of speed and convenience. The company successfully pioneered the promotional industry with same-day production and online ordering of personalized products. This ultimately secured their niche in the market, being the only U.S.-based manufacturer that could print and ship thousands of customized ID products the same day they were ordered.
In 2002 Welton hired 21-year-old Christopher Jensen as the training Chief Operations Officer for the business. When he came aboard, Jensen had recently won a local business plan competition. The remaining three executive officers joined the team in 2005: Nick Vance as VP of Sales, Sean Fitzgerald as VP of Operations, and Brad Gasaway as VP of Marketing.
Their rapid growth necessitated moving the business four times within Utah County to accommodate more machinery and inventory, all of which Welton bootstrapped without partners or investors. In February of 2006, The Nametag Source LLC moved into its current 80,000 square foot facility in Springville, UT. Shortly thereafter, his young executive team planned and implemented a corporate name change to Namifiers LLC. The name was derived from the company’s capacity to now print or engrave any name or logo onto any 3-Dimensional object. Welton’s executive team agreed that the new name would better reflect expanding product lines of lanyards, printed vinyl banners, t-shirts, and embroidered apparel.
