When ordering banners are you really interested in an outdoor sign or a full collor banner (both/not sure)?
Order a 16 oz. full color vinyl banner if you plan to place it outside. A more sturdy outdoor sign will last years, however, it is not portable nor is it the cheapest solution.
A properly laminated full color vinyl banner will last for years if you take care of it. The sun will not fade a laminated outdoor banner but, it will eventually show signs of aging in appearance if left out in the high winds, rain and snow more than a permanant outdoor plastic sign.
Before ordering your next sign consider the following… Order in bulk to bargain a lower price with your vendor. If you are ordering an indoor banner request a 10 oz. thick banner and save. Indoor signs may need a portable banner stand. Other ideas for signage - vinyl lettering - car magnets - no soliciting signs.

Namifiers recently printed a 4×8 foot vinyl banner for the BYU Triathlon Club at Brigham Young University. This brilliant work of art and custom design printed by Namifiers has turned thousands of heads at BYU. This banner has been up on campus at the Y for the past couple weeks and hundreds of people have joined the club. The banner cannot be missed as thousands of students walk by it on a daily basis. If you order a vinyl banner from Namifiers, you can be sure to please any viewer. Namifiers did their best to give input on the quality of the image before it was printed. The printed image was crystal clear using the right format. Read the rest of this entry »

Most of you remember the popular kids book series, Where’s Waldo?, where on each page, you attempt to quickly identify the little Waldo character amid the clutter of a busy scene. Our very own David Sneddon was captured in a very similar moment on Friday, after shipping 680 packages for 1 single order we produced for one of the largest cell phone providers in America. This photo was taken before these packages left our dock door to go out to retail locations nationwide.
If you are unfamiliar with the shipping process, shipping an order like this is no small feat. David’s steady focus and rapid-fire fingers made it look all too easy. Not bad for someone who’s been shipping out there for just over a week now. Pretty amazing, right? Read the rest of this entry »

If an outsider were to walk into our Sales Floor at around 9:10 Monday morning, they might be surprised to witness one of our Account Executives hoisting a 4-foot, commercial-grade blue level and either offering an acceptance speech or playfully taunting other Account Executives on account of his/her victory. Perhaps it seems strange, but the Blue Level has become a fun and permanent part of our Sales culture. Each week, it is passed to the person with the most outstanding sales performance, and the recipient not only secures their spot in the history books by signing their name on the level, but they get to proudly display their trophy at their desk for the remainder of the week.
Recently, two particular Account Executives, Rachel Hair and Kevin Wright, have engaged in a figurative Tug-of-War for the Blue Level Award over the last 6 weeks, each having won it 3 times. Read the rest of this entry »

After attending a monthly HR & Cultural Development Committee Meeting with the Board of Namifiers gathered around the Conference Table, I had the rare opportunity to witness genious in action. Those in attendendance all agreed that Namifiers is the best place to work in the world.
Discussion Items:
*Good People = Simplified Processes + ____?____ = Growth
What would you put in the blank? Attitude, Accountability, Motivation…
When CEO, Bryan Welton had the opportunity to fill in the blank he retold a recent story that happend just this last week. Apparently, one of our account executives found her way in his office and announced to all within earshot that she was thankful for her current job stating, “I just want to tell you that Namifiers is the Best Place to Work…”
To Bryan’s amazement, Bryan returned the compliment and said, “Can I give you a $20 to go around telling people that all day?” Read the rest of this entry »

Utah Valley Business Quarterly | Summer 2008 utahvalleybusinessq.com
Namifiers Founder Bryan Welton knows the name of this Day in the Life game — flattery. For starters, copies of Business! and Utah Valley magazine adorned desks and coffee tables of the company’s Springville office (major bonus points). He frequently started sentences with, ‘Not to butter you up…” And he’s probably going to name his soon-to-be-sixth child after me.
The irony, of course, is that ther’s no butter needed. Welton’s role at Namifiers, which is a manufacturer of identification department - while still letting employees do their jobs. And his attitude is contagiously optimistic. “Progress,” he says, “I could talk about progress for hours. I love figuring out ways to become better.”
I think the name for that is success.
‘LIFE’ ACCORDING TO BRYAN L. WELTON JR.
On Growing Pains - When you grow you are constantly changing. The hardest part is finding talent.
On Risk - I don’t really consider myself an entrepreneur. I’m big into the business model, and every risk I take is a calculated. If the numbers make sense, I do it. If they don’t, I don’t do it.
You’ll want to continue…
