I just wanted to pass along a positive word about your employee Jessica. She has been working with me back on forth for a a few months on various orders for our University. She has done an EXCELLENT job following up, processing, and finding exactly what we are in need of. She always has a quick answer and a solution if we happen to run into some snags. For example, our Admissions office needed a particular lanyard a couple months ago and you guys just so happened to be out of stock on the particular one we normally order. Since Jessica knew we were in desperate need to order fast and easy (we were also looking elsewhere), she quickly found an alternate lanyard and even encouraged us to try something new and better(plastic name badge holders) for our needs. It wound up working perfect and better than our previous order! I’ve been very impressed with her consistency and persistence to make sure we are satisfied with our orders. And honestly, this has been one of the main reasons I have maintained our relationship with Namifiers.

From a customer’s perspective, there should be more employees like Jessica. She is a great example of how to satisfy and maintain happy customers.
