Namifiers, LLC Announces New VP of Operations
Springville, Utah - 22 September 2008 - Namifiers, LLC, a leading manufacturer of identification and promotional items, recently announced the hire of Tyler Stanley Kimball as its new Vice President of Operations. Kimball, 31, was selected from within the Namifiers organization, having previously managed over $2 million in revenue as a Sales Manager from October 2007 to the present.
Tyler’s new responsibilities will entail systemic flow, inventory management, and overseeing the production of the 40,000 orders per month that ship from Namifiers’ headquarters in Springville, UT.
His prior experience in the retail sector has given him a sound understanding of supply-chain models and the needed managerial skills to perform in his new capacity. Tyler graduated from Brigham Young University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. By that time, he had worked his way up into a regional sales position for the near billion-dollar furniture retailer, RC Willey, which is currently owned under Warren Buffet’s holding company Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. Namifiers spotted his talent in 2007 and quickly offered him a management position with their growing sales force.
The Board of Directors for Namifiers acknowledged that the transition will require some adjustment on Kimball’s part, but they expressed full confidence that he is the capable leader to further their growth in that area.
“Over the last year, we have observed Tyler contribute at nearly every level of company,” reported Bryan Welton, CEO of Namifiers. “His integrity as a leader is unquestionable, of course, but beyond that, we needed to see how he responds to adversity, deadlines, and the general challenge of managing systems. His talent in these areas is evident and we very much anticipate his role in furthering the growth of Namifiers.”
Tyler and his wife, Heather, currently reside in South Provo. They have three children and are expecting their fourth in March of 2009.
