Some great resources here for people looking to put together an effective meeting. I am putting together a presentation for several businesses in my area and finding this was just in the nick of time.
Very nice source of resources to make everyone look good!
Hi Mark – I have a relatively “short” list because I’m not a fan of lists to begin with! ):
1. Scanning device for business cards
2. Something like “sendoutcards.com” that you can set every month to go out to future/existing prospects. (Can’t tell you how much I use this and how much repeat business it’s generated for me.)
3. Blackberry/whatever that has voice activated notes so you’re not making empty promises.
4. Tracking/Database system or excel spreadsheet to use for mail-merges/email blasts.
5. When you’re talking to your clients – you’re not learning anything/nor are you establishing a relationship”. Shut up.

Also, in reference to my staffing and “organizing” experience – I’ve been an organizational and executive coach for several years – especially with expatriates working abroad for U.S. companies. …………………that’s it…………….thanks……………….jerry

What a great set of lists! I have bookmarked it and may very well write a track back post from my blog! E-mail me if you want me to do a book review on my blog and link it to my newsletter
I just love sites that give something first then offer something to buy second. That is how you build lifetime partners.
Thanks for the list.
Wonderful information!
