Lanyards Nearly Gag Nevada GOP Republicans Leaders - April Fools?

December 15th, 2007 by admin

When I read this article on Drudge and Las Vegas Review-Journal I was sure glad that Namifiers didn’t have anything to do with it. Namifiers is a trusted source and leader of the industry for ID recognition products - We offer same-day service, price beat guarantee plus an additional 5-10% savings for custom printed lanyards, name tags, vinyl banners, badge holders, custom embroidery, screen printed apparel and promotional products.

NOTE: Today is April 1, 2008 and a good time to pause on this story: Apparently someone sent many months ago the GOP party in Nevada a large box of one inch red printed lanyards to their county party office. IMO, it was probably the same adult content website company that paid for the custom printed lanyards for the Clark County Republican Convention

The lanyards had a sponsor printed in bright colors to go to an adult content website.

Apparently the convention chair thought it was a lingerie supplier and several times during the Clark County Republican Convention on March 8, Chris Comfort reminded the delegates to support the sponsors.

County Chairman Bernie Zadrowski, a deputy district attorney by day, was sporting one. So was Comfort, the “thank our sponsor” convention chairman said.

Apparently the lanyards weren’t noticed by most of the 3,000-plus delegates spread across three rooms at The Orleans. Most were too busy haggling over two words in the rules. At one point, a delegate asked for a definition.

Turns out one of the attendees realized the party chairman was a walking billboard for smut at about 11 a.m. - two hours after the meeting convened…

When informed, Zadrowski quietly removed his lanyard and told several others to do the same.

Zadrowski said he doesn’t know how the party got the lanyards. “I saw them in the county party office about three or four months ago, before I was chairman. … I thought at the time, we could reserve those for another use.”

But they did end up at the county party office. And they did end up around the necks of, who knows, 50, 60, maybe even more, people according to the LVRJ columnist Erin Neff wrote.

I’d like to close this posting by saying if companies are in need of already printed lanyards  (small shipping charge and fee included) and would like to talk with me about certain colors, styles and patterns we have in our graveyard many dusty boxes to choose from.  NOTE: these overrun pre-printed banners do not sponsor porn websites.
